DIRECTOR OF COACHING

Hi! My name is Lynn Rodeghero, and I am very excited to join the board this year as the Director of Coaching. I have been coaching in the Seasons for four years in our U6, U8 and U11 in house leagues and U10 travel. I currently have two sons in our programs and will have a third joining in the next year. It has been such a fun and enjoyable experience for me to meet and coach a large group of our Seasons players while also getting the opportunity to get to know the parents and become a part of this amazing soccer community.

I started playing when I was three years old, and my love of soccer was solidified the first time I stepped on the field for my first game. I started out in a league just like ours and my passion continued to grow as I moved on to competitive travel, college soccer and a small time in semi- pro. I am still playing at my ripe old age of 37 – although the pace has slowed significantly LOL – and I still get excited for my games.

I feel very blessed that I was “raised” in a soccer environment where my coaches encouraged me to have fun, trust myself and to always leave everything I had out there on the field. The soccer field is where I always felt my most authentic self at every stage of my life. My goal is to be able to provide that same experience for any player looking for it.

Our focus is to provide a fun atmosphere that the players enjoy that develops their love for the game while also expanding and stacking skills to elevate their play. Our programs will have a foundation of basic skill building drills progressing all the way to high level game strategy.
